TACOMA STARS TAKE ON TACOMA STARS RESERVES
TACOMA, WA – The Tacoma Stars have recently announced they will be playing two preseason friendlies this September. Fans and supporters are invited out to come watch the team as they prepare for the 2019-2020 journey.
The first of the two September Friendlies will take place on Saturday, September 14th. They will face off against the local Tacoma Stars Reserves team that placed in the Western Indoor Soccer League (WISL). The Reserves are coming off of an extremely successful 2018-2019 season after going undefeated and winning the WISL Championship before heading to the National tournament for the first time.
Game time for the September 14th match-up will be at 7:00 pm and played at the Tacoma Soccer Center. Entry to the game will be $10. The game will feature Tacoma Stars merchandise on sale for up to 50% off marked items. Fans that want to attend can call and purchase their tickets ahead by calling 1-844-STARS-84, otherwise they can be purchased at the door on the night of the games.
The second game will take place the following weekend on September 21st. These Friendlies will be just the start of a busy preseason for the Tacoma Stars. Expect more exhibition games to come in the months to follow.
The Stars officially kick off their 2019-2020 season on Saturday, November 30th at 7:05pm. The Stars will play their Home Opener on Saturday, November 30th at 7:05pm. They will again play at their home arena, the accesso ShoWare Center in Kent, WA. More information on tickets will be coming soon, but for now mark your calendars and join the Stars as they kick off another great season!
