TACOMA, WA. – The Tacoma Stars announced the return of veteran forward Vince McCluskey for the 2018-19 Major Arena Soccer League season. As per team and league policy, terms of the agreement were not disclosed. McCluskey appeared in 22 games for the Stars last season including all three playoff games.

The Seattle native and University of Puget Sound alum joined the Stars during the 2014-15 season coming from Sacramento. He has 20 career points (13G-7A) in 54 appearances. Last season saw a career high in goals and points with seven and 11 respectively.

“After going to Sweden and putting in shifts with the Stars, Vince has developed into an imposing target player,” said GM, head coach, Darren Sawatzky. “Getting him under contract was a priority this off season and we look forward to seeing him do work.”
