STARS RE-SIGN MIDFIELDER MIKE PALMERIN
TACOMA, WA. - With less than a month until the 2019-2020 MASL season kicks off, the Stars continue to finalize their roster and have announced the re-signing of San Diego native and midfielder Mike Palmerin. Per team and league policies, terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
“Mike Palmerin is a big piece of our team locker room, and someone who has brought an infusion of enthusiasm to the team. He works very hard, can play anywhere on the field, and represents us strongly in the community” said Head Coach Nick Perera.
Palmerin joined the Stars last season and contributed quickly, picking up a goal in his Tacoma debut in El Paso on January 4, 2019. Palmerin appeared in nine games for the Stars last season and in addition to the goal, he added an assist in the Stars 11-6 home win, also against the Coyotes.
