MIKE RAMOS NAMED TO MASL TEAM OF THE WEEK
TACOMA, WA. – The Major Arena Soccer League has announced the Team of the Week for Week 16 and for the second time this season Stars midfielder Mike Ramos has been honored. Ramos and the Stars swept the Turlock Express in a home and home series beginning Friday in Turlock. Ramos picked up five goals including the game winner with 13:38 left in the fourth quarter.
The series shifted to Kent on Sunday and Ramos netted another three goals to go with an assist in the Stars 10-6 home win. For Ramos, it was his third consecutive game with a hat trick to his credit and his sixth straight game scoring a goal.
The Stars next action comes at the accesso ShoWare Center on Friday March 15 when they host the Ontario Fury. Kickoff is set for 7:35 pm.
