KENT, WA. – Tacoma Stars midfielder Mike Ramos was named to the Major Arena Soccer League’s Week 14 Team of the Week following the team’s 11-6 win over the El Paso Coyotes. Ramos picked up five points in the victory including three goals. He also assisted on the game-winning power-play goal in the third quarter for the Stars.

Ramos is one of four players to appear in all 17 games for Tacoma this season. He is second on the team in scoring with 24 points (13G-11A). His 11 assists and 13 goals are also second on the roster in those categories. 

The Stars are on the road Friday March 8 for the front end of a home and home series with the Turlock Express. Kick off is set for 7:05 pm and you can catch all the action live on MASL.tv.

Mascots from all around the Sound will be battling it out during halftime on March 10 in the Tacoma Stars Seattle vs Tacoma Mascot Game. Be sure to get there early as Seahawks legend Marcus Trufant will be on hand for the game’s ceremonial first kick.

Sunday March 10 is bobblehead night featuring Stars goalkeeper Danny Waltman. Score yours by simply purchasing a 6-game pack or buy a group of 10 or more tickets. Hurry! Supplies are limited.

The Stars’ final regular season home game comes on Sunday March 31 against Landon Donovan and the Pacific Division leading San Diego Sockers. It’s Fan Appreciation Night as the Stars thank the best fans in the M.A.S.L.
