GET YOUR PHOTO TAKEN WITH THE 2019 MLS CUP
The Tacoma Stars announced today that the 2019 MLS Cup trophy will be in attendance and on the concourse for opening night, this Saturday as we open our season against the San Diego Sockers.
Fans will have the opportunity to take photos with the Sounders most recent addition to their trophy case, courtesy of Washington State Youth Soccer.
The Tacoma Stars and Seattle Sounders have a long shared history, as two former Tacoma Stars roam the sidelines for the now defending MLS Cup Champions. Head Coach Brian Schmetzer and assistant coach Preki both featured for the Tacoma Stars in the 80's and 90's.
